Veteran Support Application

If you are a military veteran in need of financial help; or know a veteran that could use financial support, you are in the right place.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Legal resident of the State of Michigan

• Must have served in any of the U.S. Armed Forces, including National Guard and Reserves.

• Must have been released from service with an Honorable, Medical, or General Discharge (Requires explanation)

Ineligible for assistance if:​

• The Veteran is already involved in legal processes related to the application for assistance.

• The Veteran is seeking assistance with rent payment.

• The Veteran is 120 days past due on your mortgage payment (Please contact your mortgage company about forbearance, modification, or payment deferment).​

This is not a complete list of considerations taken in approving assistance. Every application must be reviewed and approved by the board.​
