PTSD & Veteran Suicide Awareness 10K Walk

On average, each day 22 Veterans commit suicide and even more fight a battle with PTSD. Take a step with us to raise awareness! Let our veterans know they are not alone and it is okay to ask for help. Come join 92 For 22 for this 10K. Your donation of $25 registers you to walk. You will also receive an event t-shirt if still available.  All proceeds donated will help Michigan veterans in crisis.

Parking- Parking is available at Spectrum Entertainment Complex.

Please follow the signs to park in the back of the complex to allow for other customers to utilize the closer parking spaces.

Event- Event check in will start at 0745 until 0820 at Spectrum Entertainment Complex parking lot.

Step-off will be at 0830

Please fill out (for each participant) the release of liability form attached in email. Form can be printed and brought to the event. Extra forms will be available if you forget yours. Please try to have it ready at time of check- in to ease the process of all walkers as we have over 70 participants. (You will not be allowed to participate if a waiver is not signed.)

Along with submitting your waiver, you will receive your event shirt. We hope you consider wearing it during the walk.

Anticipated arrival time bck to Spectrum Entertainment Complex is 12:00pm

Please feel free to stick around after the walk, Spectrum Entertainment Complex will be providing us with a banquet room to gather in. There will be a limited food menu available for purchase with a % of the proceeds going back to 92 For 22. We will also have the 92 For 22 booth set up with informational pamphlets and swag available, 92 For 22 members will also be available for questions.

Route- We will be traveling north on Clyde Park to west on 52nd St, south on Byron Center then east on Metro Way, we will be stopping at the Wyoming VA Clinic then taking Gazon back to Clyde Park south back to Spectrum Entertainment Complex.

We will have resting stops and water stations along the route.
